If you are arriving into Ireland on or after Wednesday 26 August 2020, you can complete this <a href=\"https:\/\/cvd19plf-prod1.powerappsportals.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">form online<\/a> in advance of arriving into Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The information you provide may be used to contact you in the next 14 days to verify the details given on this form and to provide you with public health advice. This form may also be used for the purposes of contact tracing in relation to confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are not required to complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/cvd19plf-prod1.powerappsportals.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form<\/a> if you are an essential supply chain worker:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Air and ship crew and hauliers <\/li><li>Accredited diplomat <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If however, you are travelling onwards to Northern Ireland, you will need to fill out a portion of the <a href=\"https:\/\/cvd19plf-prod1.powerappsportals.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To comply with Irish law, <strong>all<\/strong> arriving passengers into Ireland must complete a Passenger Locator Form unless you are part of one of the exempt groups listed above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the \u2018Green List\u2019 is updated periodically and the health advice associated with the country from which you are entering Ireland may change.
